Micro Coaxial Drone: Flight Dynamics, Simulation and Ground Testing

This paper describes the conceptual design of a micro coaxial unmanned aerial vehicle (MCR UAV v3.0) based on its flight dynamics and simple aerodynamic analysis using computational fluid (CFD). In addition, linear control is proposed with pole assignment technique. The methodology in this involves standardized path for designing novel UAV. begins by selecting avionics to create primary dimensional later transient stationary CFD analysis. effect, mathematical model obtained Newton–Euler formulation linearized obtain dynamical requirements vehicle. allow us scheme process iterative uses combination CFD. technique assignment, ensuring specific phase condition used controller gain stabilization analyzed once correctly performed; sense, capable converging as result design. ensures suitable performance according requirements. Thus, completely designed along analysis, generating robust methodology.
